Felician University is presently seeking an industrious, focused, innovative and analytically-minded professional to serve as the Assessment Data Coordinator in the Center for Academic Success and Effectiveness. The Coordinator is responsible for providing data support for the multiple platforms run out of the Center in order to help improve assessment and overall student and faculty success. S/he collaborates with faculty, staff, and administration to support assessment initiatives as well as annual assessment efforts, facilitates reporting across assessment platforms to provide usable data, provides evidence for decision-making across the university, and helps foster a culture of assessment.

Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of data management and systems administration experience; demonstrated experience with assessment, assessment platforms, Learning Management Systems, course survey instruments; attention to detail, strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information in oral, written, and graphic form to individuals with varying backgrounds; proven ability to maintain confidentiality in regard to information processed, stored, or accessed by the system; proficiency with Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); emotional intelligence, self-awareness, self-critique, and social skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment; ability to build rapport with others and actively listen to the concerns and opinions of others; willingness and ability to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and core values of the University.
