In addition, immersive virtual reality simulations provide students with hands-on practice in teaching strategies, classroom management, and effective communication with parents and caregivers. Ethical leadership is defined by accountability in moments that matter most. 🦅👏🤔 Under the guidance of Professor Ronald Bergamini, students in our Business Ethics course welcomed Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella for a thoughtful discussion on accountability, public trust, and decision making under pressure. Prosecutor Musella challenged students to apply ethical theory to real leadership decisions and explore the evolving impact of artificial intelligence on governance and criminal behavior. At Felician University, ethical theory is not confined to the classroom. Felician University’s women’s wrestling program continues to make history. 👏 Following a strong performance at the NCAA Regional Tournament, the nationally ranked Golden Falcons have qualified five wrestlers for the NCAA Women’s Wrestling National Championship, taking place March 6–7 in Iowa. In only the second year of the program, Felician placed fourth at the regional tournament and secured national bids for five student athletes, placing them among the top 18 wrestlers in the country in their weight classes out of more than 125 competing programs across NCAA Divisions I, II, and III. Closing out Black History Month the right way 🖤🦅 👏 Our students traveled to Baltimore, Maryland for an unforgettable off-campus experience celebrating culture, community, and history. From the energy of the CIAA Championship Game, to powerful learning moments at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History & Culture, students immersed themselves in the legacy, impact, and excellence of Black history. The trip also highlighted the importance of supporting community by dining at Black-owned businesses while exploring everything Baltimore has to offer. (P.S the hotel in which the students stayed once rented a guest room to Martin Luther King Jr. himself!) Thank you to Onya Brown, Associate Dean of Students, and David Crawford, Coordinator of Student Life & First Year Experience, for leading this meaningful experience and creating opportunities for learning beyond the classroom.
