Felician University is presently seeking a dedicated, highly motivated, flexible and student-oriented nursing professional to serve as an instructor at the Barbara J. Toscano Nursing Resource and Simulation Center. Reporting to the Director of the Center, the registered nurse provides educational support for students in the undergraduate and graduate programs who are working on the development of their psycho-motor skills and their ability to utilize simulation techniques to demonstrate competencies. S/he assists with the proctoring of examinations and activities that promote the provision of safe patient care.

Required Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN) required.
Qualifications:
Current New Jersey RN license in good standing; 3-5 years recent clinical experience including precepting and/or teaching experience; proven knowledge of nursing math calculations; demonstrated management and administrative experience; computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); demonstrated experience with simulation learning modalities; superior written and verbal communications skills; excellent organizational skills; willingness and ability to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and values of the University.
