Felician University, the Franciscan University of New Jersey, is seeking an academically qualified specialist to teach, administer and develop curriculum in its undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral business programs in the area of management/entrepreneurial studies. Candidates should have experience teaching in traditional and online environments and must be willing to pursue Felician online certification. The successful candidate has an educational background in the fundamentals of his/her discipline as well as significant practical experience to bring to class discussions and case analyses.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in areas of management and entrepreneurial studies; participating in professional development activities in order to maintain currency in the primary area of teaching; contributing to student learning and development through academic advising (at both undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as mentoring doctoral students) and supporting student organizations and activities; serving on department, university, and/or community committees in support of Felician University’s mission; engaging in outcomes-based course, curriculum, and program development.

Qualifications:
Experience teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels; experience teaching in both classroom and online environments; willingness and ability to teach at off-campus sites; familiarity with assessment and willingness to participate in assessment training; communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work effectively with a diverse array of students and colleagues; professional/industry contacts/relationships are a plus; willingness and ability to support the Felician/Franciscan values and mission.
