Start your MBA in New Jersey, study abroad in Ireland
Gain an international business perspective with an optional week-long study abroad in Ireland during your business administration master’s capstone course. Through our unique partnership with the University of Ireland, students will live and study on campus while networking with other students and business leaders in Ireland. This optional trip is included in tuition, making it easier for you to take your MBA from New Jersey to Dublin.
Service-Learning Component: Making a Difference Through The Capstone Experience
In the final MBA course, ENT 599, “The Capstone Experience,” students work in teams to solve a real problem/issue for a non-profit venture. It can involve creating a business plan, developing a marketing strategy, or conducting research that the organization can use to advance its cause.
Recent Projects Include:
- Suits U: Developing a business plan to efficiently run a clothing store providing quality clothing, at no cost, for job interviews to undergraduate students. Students also named the store and formed partnerships with various entities.
- Feed Our Children Now!: Multiple assignments supporting this NJ-based non-profit, including strategic planning for a methodical food drive benefiting underprivileged children.
- Hunger-Free Campus: Building on the success of Suits U, creating a plan for Our Sister’s Pantry to provide no-cost food for students and their families.
- Felician Athletics Concession Stand: Ongoing project (June 2023 – December 2023) to increase revenue and student involvement for the concession stand, working directly with Felician Director of Athletics Andrew Toriello.
