The Felician One-Year Executive Leadership MBA

Felician University is now offering a 36-credit* MBA program specifically on executive leadership, offered in a fast-paced, 12-month online platform. The program is designed for career professionals with six to ten years of relevant work experience** who know an advanced degree is the pathway to advance their careers in fields including business, healthcare, education, public services, and more.

*Up to 6 credits of prior learning assessment (PLA) can be earned before the start of classes bringing the program to 30 credits—please ask.

**Applicants must have a 3.0 undergraduate GPA from an accredited university and two letters of recommendation.

Online 5-week Terms

Earn your degree in 12 months, taking five-week courses.

Each term will feature online synchronous webinars focused on timely leadership topics, during which students will have the opportunity to learn from and question industry leaders in real-time.

Residency/Commencement

The program culminates with a weekend residency and commencement ceremony on the Felician campus.

For those students interested in expanding their study with an international component, they may take part in the one-week overseas learning opportunities that are part of the traditional MBA programs.

Total cost of your degree: $15,000*

Investing in yourself is an important commitment of time and resources. With the required undergraduate GPA of 3.0, an assessment of prior learning credits, and a relevant résumé, students will pay $500 per credit for 30 credits bringing the cost of the program to $15,000.*

That’s only $1,250 per month for a degree that will yield an unlimited return!
