Biography

Born in Weehawken, New Jersey, and raised in Union City, New Jersey. Attended high school at Saint Joseph of the Palisades, West New York. First in family to attend college. Worked throughout college years to pay tuition and fees. Worked as a teaching assistant and research assistant during graduate school. Started at Felician College soon after completing PhD in 1989. Married in 1996 and moved to Middlesex County, NJ. Served as Department Chair several times, and as Coordinator of the Core Curriculum in the late 1990’s. Appointed to Associate Dean in 2019.
