Felician University is presently seeking an energetic and goal-oriented part-time Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach to assist in the organization and execution of all aspects of a NCAA national Collegiate women’s soccer program. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Assistant Coach is responsible for preparing and conducting individual and team practices, training and competition; making travel arrangements for away competitions; identifying and recruiting potential women’s soccer student-athletes, including email, phone and mail correspondence; monitoring players’ academic progress; complying with all aspects of the Felician University Coach’s manual.

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated successful soccer coaching experience; comprehensive knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations; ability to work well with student athletes; strong commitment to support and promote the Franciscan Felician values and function effectively within a Catholic University environment.
