Assistant Director of Office Operations

Felician University is presently seeking an innovative, highly motivated, flexible and goal-oriented professional to serve as Assistant Director of Operations for Student Financial Services.  Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid, the Assistant Director collaborates in the development, management, administration, and strategic direction of federal, state, and institutional student financial service programs.  S/he assists the Director of Financial Aid in managing the setup, training, integration, troubleshooting, and reporting from the University information system while ensuring continued commitment to innovation and improved student financial services processes.

Qualifications:

4+ years’ relevant experience; 4+ of progressively more responsible administrative experience in higher education student financial services administration; demonstrated knowledge of New Jersey state (TAG) processing and roster certification; comprehensive understanding of federal methodology needs analysis; demonstrated knowledge of computerized financial aid systems, Colleague experience preferred; excellent interpersonal skills; well-developed verbal and written communications skills; competency in small and large group presentation; superior customer service skills; strong organizational ability; willingness to work flex hours, including evenings and weekends as needed; willingness and ability to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and values of the University.
