Assistant Director, Academic Partnership Enrollment for Student Financial Services

Felician University is presently seeking an innovative, highly motivated, flexible and goal-oriented professional to serve as Assistant Director for Academic Partnerships.  Reporting to the Associate Director for Academic Partnership Enrollment, the Assistant Director is responsible for caseload management on all enrollment services for students participating in an academic partnership. S/he provides in-depth counseling on how to pay for college including federal, state, and institutional financial resources as well as payment options offered by Felician University to incoming and continuing students enrolled in academic partnership programs.

Qualifications:

1-3 years counseling or customer/student service experience; excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proven experience with personal computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, email, and the Internet; ability and willingness to work evening and weekend hours as needed; comprehensive understanding of relational database management. ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment; excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people; ability to discern and maintain confidentiality on issues of a sensitive nature; ability to process information efficiently, effectively, and accurately; ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and values of the University.
