Students in the Management major learn how to innovate and manage in all business domains from large corporations to small family-owned operations to non-for-profit organizations to small start-up companies.

You’ll learn how to think strategically and critically, make crucial decisions, lead staff members, and operate with a high degree of organization that enhances your team’s performance. By taking courses in marketing, micro- and macroeconomics, business ethics and law, organizational behavior, leadership strategy, and more, you’ll quickly become aware of the many ways to best manage in a wide range of settings.

Felician also gives you the benefit of using New York City, a city with over 220,00 businesses, to gain hands-on experience that you can use in your career. You can take trips with fellow students and faculty to the New York Stock Exchange, search for internship and job opportunities, experience businesses from every industry, and network with professionals from all over the world.
