Graduate school outlook for Biology Pre-Professional majors

Our partnerships with excellent professional programs make it easier for you to transition from undergraduate to graduate study. You will take courses at Felician for three years and then begin graduate school at a partner institution. The credits earned from the first year of your graduate program will count toward your B.S. in Biology. Professional programs take two to three years to complete, depending on whether a master’s or doctoral degree is required.


How Do I Get Started in the Bachelor’s in Biology at Felician?

Applying for admission is your first step toward realizing your true potential to impact the world. We are standing by to support you every step of the way as you apply for a degree in Biology.

We accept applications for admission on an ongoing basis throughout the year. Students who apply for fall admission before March 1 receive priority consideration for admission and scholarships.

After your application has been received, you can expect an admission decision in approximately four weeks. Official transcripts, test scores, and a personal statement are required as part of the application process for our Bachelor of Science in Biology.

Once admitted to the bachelor’s in Biology program, you should declare your intention to pursue a specific graduate track as soon as possible to ensure proper scheduling of the correct sequence of courses. Admission to graduate school is competitive and based upon the grades you earn at Felician.
