Felician University to Hold Ceremony to Honor Veterans

Felician University will mark Veterans Day with a ceremony on Thursday, November 7, 2019. The public is invited to attend the Honoring Our Veterans Ceremony at 1pm at the Rutherford Campus Quad located at 223 Montross Ave.

Keynote remarks will be delivered by Purple Heart Recipient Anthony Steiner of Maywood who served in the United States Army, B-Company 1st Battalion-11th Special Forces.

Remarks will also be made by Army Veteran, Specialist IV Tom Witt, who serves as Commander of the Lyndhurst Veteran Alliance.

The Lyndhurst Veterans Alliance Color Guard will take part in the ceremony as will the Felician University Gospel Choir Group.

Coffee and cake will be served immediately following the ceremony. In case of rain the ceremony will be held inside the Education Commons Building.
