Congratulations and Welcome to Felician University!

Let’s get started by following the steps below.

Step 1 – Register for Orientation

New/Transfer Student Orientation Dates:

Step 2 – Academic Support 

Course Registration

Your Academic Advisor from the Center for Academic Success & Effectiveness (C.A.S.E.) will reach out to assist you with academic advisement and course registration. 

Please note that transfer students with more than 60 credits will have a faculty advisor. Check with your admissions counselor for more information. For videos to help guide you, please visit https://felician.edu/academics/office-of-the-registrar/register-online/.  

If you have any questions or have not received any communications from an academic advisor a week after you have completed the tuition deposit steps, please send an email to case@felician.edu.

Step 3 – Technology Accounts and Devices  

View the webpage Getting Started as a New Student for information on accessing your Felician email and other university platforms.  

If you have trouble setting up your accounts, please see the Felician IT Help Desk Portal page. 

*You may not be able to log-in until after you are registered for Fall 2024 classes*

Step 4 – Health Forms  

Incoming new and transfer students should take the following steps to become health-compliant. 

Wellness Services will NOT be accepting any physical (paper) documentation.

Step 5 – Felician Hub

In the Hub, you can access and plan your courses, communicate with your advisor, register, pay your bill, sign up for a payment plan, view your financial aid, and apply for graduation. Once registered for classes, you can easily access the online course platform Brightspace.

Log in to the Felician Hub and Brightspace to become familiar with this helpful platform before the start of the semester. 

Step 6 – Student ID Card/Parking Permit 

Once you are registered for your course(s) you may obtain your Student Identification Card and parking sticker at the Security Office on the Rutherford campus. Your ID and parking sticker will be valid throughout your degree program. Please bring a valid vehicle registration and a valid vehicle insurance card to obtain your parking sticker. 

Parking stickers are required to park at our two campuses. If you will be attending one of our programs at an off-site location, please check with your site director for parking information. 

It is important to obtain your parking sticker during the first week of classes by visiting the Rutherford Security Office located in Elliot Terrace.  

Step 7 – Housing

On-campus housing is available for students interested in residing on-campus while they complete their degree programs. If you are interested in living on campus, the housing application and contract can be found at Residence Life – Felician University of New Jersey  

Step 8 – Bookstore

Once you receive course information from your instructors shortly before classes start, you can purchase your textbooks and supplies at the Felician Bookstore.  The bookstore will also be available at the New Student Orientation. It’s also a great place to purchase spirit wear and accessories. 

Step 9 – Attend one of the in-person New Student Orientations

Make sure you are dressed comfortably, ready to meet new friends, and start this exciting journey! If you plan to bring a parent who would like to stay for the day, please complete the following Parent RSVP form.

Step 10 – New Student Celebration! We would like to get to know you! 

Complete the form below to be featured on our Instagram page during the first week of classes. Participants will be entered into a raffle to win a number of prizes!
