RUTHERFORD, NJ – Felician University’s School of Business and Information Sciences (SOBIS) is set to host part three of the Women’s Leadership Initiative Speaker Series entitled, How to Land that Dream Internship. The event will feature Ashley Malchuk, Director of Talent Acquisitions and Jamie Bozinoski, Director of Human Resources, both who currently work for Friedman LLP. The speaker series will take place on Wednesday, February 16 at 1pm via Zoom.

Ashley Malchuk recently joined Friedman LLP in December, however, prior to this, she spent over six years at RSM US LLP— a consulting firm. Malchuk currently oversees recruiting programs and collaborates with business leaders and HR colleagues. She also develops and provides recruiting strategies that emphasize key organizational goals. She reviews, manages, and reports on hiring results and lends insight to regional hiring methods. Malchuk graduated in 2011 and received her BS in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Jamie Bozinoski has over 18 years of experience across multiple industries. Her latest venture has been with Friedman LLP for the last five years. As the Director of Human Resources, she specializes in employee and labor relations, strategic planning and partnership, recruitment, and performance management. Bozinoski maintains close working relationships with senior leadership that focuses strategic and tactical management planning. Bozinoski received her BAs in Communications and English from Marist College. She then received her MS in Organizational Communications, Learning, and Design from Ithaca College.
