School of Business & Information Sciences Announces New Faculty

RUTHERFORD, NJ – Felician University is pleased to announce the appointments of two new professors in the School of Business & Information Sciences (SOBIS). Michael Cicchine will serve as a professor of Marketing and Dr. David Perricone has been named as Associate Professor of Management/Sports Management.

In announcing the appointments, Dr. Marilu Marcillo, Dean of SOBIS, stated, “We are thrilled to welcome Professor Cicchine and Dr. Perricone to our community. Their enthusiasm for teaching will invigorate our existing programs and undoubtedly enhance the learning experience for our students.”

Previously, Professor Cicchine held marketing leadership positions at 92.3FM K-Rock Radio in New York and various start-ups in the New York City area. Most recently, he established his own consulting firm, offering strategic and digital marketing advice to small businesses.

Dr. David Perricone

Dr. David Perricone

Dr. David Perricone has over 13 years of university teaching experience and is aligned with the SOBIS mission of “learning by doing.” He helped develop and deliver a wide range of courses in higher education that will enable him to contribute to the growth of the business school. With two decades of experience with the New Jersey Devils Hockey Club, where he served as the Senior Director of Merchandise, Dr. Perricone brings practical insights from the world of sports management. He has also authored numerous articles on sports marketing and experiential learning in sports management.
