New Dean of School of Business and Information Sciences Announced
Rutherford, NJ – President James W. Crawford, III is pleased to announce Dr. Marilu Marcillo as the new Dean of the School of Business and Information Sciences. Dr. Marcillo brings a wealth of experience in academic program development and oversight, as well as in certifications and training in many key areas of higher education.
Dr. Marcillo comes to Felician from St. Peter’s University, where she was most recently the Chair of the Business Administration Department. Dr. Marcillo has an MBA from Centenary University and a Doctor of Management in Environmental and Social Sustainability from Colorado Tech University.
A successful higher education leader, Dr. Marcillo has a proven record of implementing and executing initiatives to meet strategic institutional goals with a keen focus on student-centered outcomes. In her corporate career, she repeatedly met ambitious revenue and organizational targets.
Felician University looks forward to welcoming Dr. Marcillo to our community when she begins her service on August 1, 2022.
