Felician University Strengthens Multi-Year Partnership with Goya Foods Through Customized Workforce Training
Rutherford, N.J. — Felician University’s School of Business & Information Sciences (SOBIS) is set to deliver five concurrent training sessions for Goya Foods employees, focused on the topics of Negotiation and Conflict Management. This event will be held on Oct. 3 at the Teaneck Marriott Glenpointe as Felician University recognizes its third consecutive year of partnership with Goya Foods as a provider of professional development.
Dr. Marilú Marcillo, Dean of the School of Business & Information Sciences, will join Raymond T. Butkus and Felician University Board of Trustees member Ron Bergamini in presenting to approximately 300 of Goya’s independent sales professionals, demonstrating the university’s commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders and fostering innovation in the world of business.
Felician’s collaboration with Goya stretches far beyond the average business partnership by providing tailored, on-demand courses for Goya employees nationwide. Led by senior retired executives, faculty, and industry leaders, Goya employees can expect to develop strengthened confidence through business-focused and practical skill-building courses, driving the potential for greater day-to-day success.
