Announcement Regarding Career & Experiential Learning
Dear Felician University Community,
Student success remains central to our mission, and we continue to strengthen our emphasis on career preparedness from “Day 1” for every Felician University student. To further ensure and incorporate workforce readiness and opportunities for successful job placement upon graduation into college life, Career & Experiential Learning has been repositioned to the newly renamed Center for Career & Academic Success (CCAS), formerly known as CASE.
Under the leadership of CCAS Dean, Dr. Jeff Blanchard, the Career Services unit will merge with Advising, Academic Support Services, and Student Success, to become an integral part of each student’s advising support over the course of their academic journey at Felician. Career & Academic Success will provide programs, activities, and advisement for career exploration, preparedness, and experiential education opportunities. A search is in progress for an Assistant Dean to lead this effort.
I remain proud of the way Felician University meets our students where they are and am very grateful to the dedicated faculty and staff who work tirelessly for their success. We are blessed as a university community, and I look forward to the transformational experiences and growth this spring semester will bring for all of us! Thank you.
Grace and peace,
Mildred Mihlon, PhD
Acting President
