The Department of Information Technology established two walk-up Helpdesk location(s).
Lodi Helpdesk
Location: Lodi Campus- Albin Obal Hall – Second Floor Room- 204
The Help Desk counter is staffed by User Services staff and members of the Student Technology Assistant program. The addition of this location provides a convenient, central location for students, faculty, and staff to visit for assistance with their Felician University technology-related concerns.
Technical support is available at this location from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Rutherford Helpdesk
Location: Rutherford Campus- Education Commons- Second Level- Computer Lab Room
