Welcome to Felician University’s Helpdesk!

The Department of Information Technology established two walk-up Helpdesk location(s).

Lodi Helpdesk

Location: Lodi Campus- Albin Obal Hall – Second Floor Room- 204

The Help Desk counter is staffed by User Services staff and members of the Student Technology Assistant program. The addition of this location provides a convenient, central location for students, faculty, and staff to visit for assistance with their Felician University technology-related concerns.

Technical support is available at this location from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Rutherford Helpdesk

Location: Rutherford Campus- Education Commons- Second Level- Computer Lab Room

Rutherford Evening Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 4:30 pm – 10:00pm
  • Friday: 4:30 pm – 9:00pm

Rutherford-Weekend Hours

  • Saturday: 9:00 am – 7:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:00 am – 8:00pm
