TRANSFORMATIONAL RESEARCH

The 2022 Felician University’s Undergraduate Research Conference seeks to bring staff, faculty, and undergraduate students together to celebrate engaged scholarship and reflective learning for purpose of visioning a more just and equitable society.

Inspired by the Papal Encyclical, Laudato Si, the conference is dedicated to promoting undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative activity in all fields of study that relate to “caring for our common home”. Grounded in innovation and advocacy, it is an opportunity to engage, collaborate, and explore interdisciplinary perspectives of academic discourse and research dissemination in the Arts, Humanities, STEM, Business, and Behavioral Sciences.

The theme of the 2022 conference is Transformational Research. The purpose is to engage in dialogue on a wide range of issues and challenges facing society today and in constructive ways to address such challenges.  Research can address various areas such as access to healthcare, care for the environment, ecological economy, community resilience and empowerment, among others.

The conference will be held on Saturday, April 9th, 2022.
