Stephen was the VP and Chief Operations Officer for Inflight Newspapers (1980-1997, Long Island, NY), a $50 million per year airline services industry supplying two million published magazines per month worldwide. He then owned and operated Magazines In-Flight (1997-1999).

In 1999, Sergi started his career in the retail power sports industry at Precision BMW in NY and was hired as General Manager at BMW of Manhattan Motorcycles in 2000. During his seven year stay at BMW, Sergi brought the dealership to first place in retail sales. While at BMW, Sergi was also an adjunct professor at Lehman College (2004-2005, Bronx, NY) and an adjunct professor Baruch College (2005-2006, Manhattan, NY)

In July of 2007, Sergi moved from New York City to Los Angeles, teaching at Loyola Marymount University as a full time clinical professor and starting Coast to Coast Management Consulting Inc., a consulting firm that helped start several new businesses and improve a host of others. Moved to New Jersey June 2011.

Sergi was born and raised in Queens, NY. Not forgetting his roots in South Jamaica, Queens, Stephen has contributed his time as a Board member to Freeport Youth Outreach, NY and has also taught AP Macro Economics to high school students at Community Build in Watts, Los Angeles,CA
