Transcripts and Verification

he Office of the Registrar maintains the official academic record for every current and former Felician University student and is the only office authorized to issue transcripts and verify enrollment or degree completion. In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), records are released only at the written request of the student or as otherwise permitted by law. Official transcripts are ordered online through Parchment and may be sent electronically or by mail to the recipient of your choice; unofficial transcripts are available at no charge to current students through the MyFelician Hub. Enrollment and degree verifications for employers, lenders, and insurers are processed through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Felician University also serves as the custodian of academic records for the former Upsala College; Upsala alumni may request transcripts through the link below.

The National Student Clearinghouse is now our authorized agent for providing degree and enrollment verifications. If you are an employer or background screen firm requesting this information please visit degreeverify or mail your request to:

If you have a verification form that needs to be filled out please come to our office during normal business hours. Processing time is 2 to 3 business days.
