Welcome to the Felician Hub!

In the Hub you can access and plan your courses, communicate with your advisor, register, pay your bill, sign up for a payment plan, view your financial aid and apply for graduation. Easily access other services such as your online course platform and the online catalog.

The Hub is where it’s at to take control of your educational planning and get to your graduation goal.

Use the advising plan to make your schedule & register for classes

To Do

  1. Login to your student account at felician.edu

    Go to the Student Quick Access menu Select Plan & Register

  2. Plan and Schedule

    Next take a look to see your plan to use what you have  accomplished and register your remaining classes toward your degree

  3. Move the arrows to the correct term/Semester Review the courses planned.

    Click View Sections to build your schedule.
    Select the course & Click Register Now
    * repeat registration process for each class
    Please note: the registration option will not appear until you select a course section or if the registration period is closed.
    Fully online courses will appear at the bottom of the schedule grid

  4. Use the tabs in the toolbar to see more information

    Click Advising to see notes from your advisor
    Click Timeline to view/create/edit your semester-by-semester plan

  • Go to The Felician Hub & log in
  • Select Student Planning from the Self Service
  • Go to Plan & Schedule
  • Follow the directions below and then meet with your Advisor to review the planned courses.

There are several ways to add classes to your plan

1. Use the Search Box
  • If you know the class you have to take, go directly to the search box.
    Look for the Search for Courses box:
  • Type in the course prefix (like ENG or CRIM or PHIL) And the course number (ENG- 101, CRIM-101, or PHIL-101).
    You must include the hyphen. Click enter.
  • Select course, click “Add Course to Plan”
  • Select the semester in which you plan on taking the course from the drop down menu
2. Use the Course Catalog
  • At the top of the screen, Hover over the Student Planning & select Course Catalog
  • Either scroll down the page to find the course prefix (ENG for English CRIM for Criminal Justice PHIL for Philosophy)
  • Or enter the course prefix in the search for a course box & select the course you are looking for Select the semester in which you plan to take the course
3. Use My Progress
  • At the top of the screen, hover over Student Planning & select My Progress
  • My Progress is your degree requirements, program evaluation.
  • To add classes to your plan, click on the course option you want to add.
  • Then Click “Add Course to the Plan” Then Select the semester in which you want to take the course.
