Felician University is presently offering an exciting opportunity for an academically qualified, full-time faculty with expertise in K-12 educational leadership to join an energetic on campus and online community and dedicated School of Education faculty whose excellence is reflected in its Franciscan mission, diversity and student success in the preparation of behavior analysts. The Assistant Professor will fulfill all responsibilities of a full-time faculty member in the areas of Teaching Effectiveness, Scholarship, and Service as outlined in the Felician University Faculty Handbook. The faculty member will be expected to teach 4 courses per semester (fall/spring), have an active research agenda, conduct student advisement, mentor student research projects, and support program development.

Required Education:
Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in K-12 educational leadership.
Qualifications:
New Jersey Department of Education certifications in K-12 educational leadership (supervisor, principal, school administrator, director of special services, etc.) is required; New Jersey Department of Education early childhood teacher (P-3) and Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) is required; 3+ years experience in teaching early childhood is preferred; demonstrated knowledge of and experience with policies and procedures for program development and delivery as required by the New Jersey Department of Education; superior written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate well with others; willingness and ability to support the Felician Franciscan mission and core values of the university.
