Felician University is presently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated and academically prepared faculty to serve as full-time faculty and the Director of the Doctorate of Counseling Psychology (PsyD) Program. The Directorship will provide a unique opportunity to combine academic excellence with meaningful administrative leadership through oversight for the PsyD program rooted in the practitioner-scholar model and our Franciscan values of compassion, human dignity and service. S/he will assist a talented faculty to properly prepare our graduate students to provide psychological services across diverse communities while fostering transformation, justice and peace to serve communities with cultural competence and professional excellence.

Required Education:
Earned doctorate in Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program required
Qualifications:
Proven administrative experience at the program/director level; extensive APA CoA accreditation project organization and management; established research and scholarship record in counseling psychology; higher education teaching experience in related disciplines; commitment to inclusive education and diverse learning environments; ability and willingness to teach online as needed; proven leadership abilities; demonstrated ability to motivate and direct a diverse team; ability to clearly an effectively articulate the vision of the program to both internal and external constituencies; ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.
