Felician University is presently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented educational operations professional to serve as the Director of Enrollment Management Operations. The Director analyzes business processes and requirements, provides insight and testing for critical areas, collaborates on budget plans and division KPI’s, and contributes to the development and quality assurance of admissions and enrollment reporting. S/he collaborates closely with the Enrollment Management division directors and functional areas and the University Information/Technology Systems division, and is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations by maintaining office systems (workflow, delegation of responsibilities and tasks), developing implementing procedures and deploying resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Education:
BA/BS degree required.
Qualifications:
Proven knowledge of experience using Microsoft Office suite of computer applications; experience with SLATE and Ellucian/Colleague a plus; 4+ years of experience in an admissions office with 1 – 2 as an office supervisor; advanced analytical, critical thinking, problem recognition/avoidance/resolution, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deal with ambiguity; superior written and verbal communications skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively; well-developed organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work with frequent interruptions; highly advanced interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people; availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekends as needed; demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in interacting with students, faculty, staff and other internal and external stakeholders; knowledge of computer databases and information systems; ability to direct and supervise the activities of Student Ambassadors; willingness and ability to articulate the benefits of a broad-based liberal arts/Catholic education; ability to maintain confidentiality.
