Felician University is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced, goal-oriented admissions professional to serve as the Director of Graduate Admissions. The Director has oversight of student recruitment activities in the areas of graduate enrollment. S/he uses a data-driven, results orientated approach to the growth, quality, and diversity of graduate student enrollment. The Director supervises a team that is responsible for providing student-centered customer service while recruiting prospective graduate students. S/he reviews monitors and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures associated with the recruitment function and provides recommendations to the Vice President with regard to marketing, program counseling and advising, administrative process and day to day operations for graduate admission. The Director ensures processes are streamlined and utilizes technology to meet graduate enrollment goals in support of the University’s Strategic Plan.

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field required, Master’s degree preferred
Qualifications:
5+ years’ higher education experience required; ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, execute to detail-level and follow through to project completion in a high-volume environment; demonstrated ability to analyze data to inform decision making; demonstrated supervisory skills, conflict resolution, training and ability to foster a cooperative working environment; ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment; excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and email (Outlook); well-developed written and verbal communications skills; excellent organizational and time management skills; availability and willingness to work evening and weekend hours as needed; proficiency in Ellucian’s Colleague preferred; proficiency in SLATE preferred; ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.
