S/he serves as a member of the Felician University Mission Community and works in collaboration with the Director of Campus Ministry and the University Chaplain.

BS/BA degree required, Master’s degree or progression toward such in the areas of Religious Studies or Religious Education; Psychology; or Theology.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Felician Franciscan Charisms and Spirituality; demonstrated understanding of Catholic Social Teaching including the most recent papal encyclicals and exhortations; ability to facilitate discussions and reflections rooted in the Felician Core Values for Ministry; excellent written and verbal communication skills. minimum of 3 years’ classroom experience in a higher education setting; ability to serve, engage with and direct the activities of a diverse group of students; ability to collaborate effectively with the Felician University Campus Ministry team, as well as cross-divisional colleagues throughout the University;
