Felician University is presently seeking safety-conscious, flexible and dependable drivers who enjoy working with students in a college environment to serve as full and part-time inter-campus shuttle drivers. Shuttle drivers must be willing and available to work flexible schedules for evenings and weekends.

High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications:
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred; safe driving record which meets the insurance requirements of the University; ability to read and interpret maps; excellent customer service skills; ability to establish and maintain proper conduct and safety of passengers; positive, kind and compassionate interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, caution and composure at all times when operating transportation vehicles; fluency in verbal and written English sufficient to successfully perform required duties; skill in establishing and maintaining effective work relationships with those contacted in the performance of duties; ability to identify mechanical and safety hazards in a variety of transportation vehicles; meet the physical requirements essential to safely and effectively perform required duties; thorough understanding of proper safety requirements for individuals with physical challenges; flexibility in adjusting work schedule to meet the needs of students, staff and faculty for transportation needs outside of the regular work schedule.
