Candidates should have experience teaching in both a traditional and online venues and must be willing to successfully complete Felician online certification. S/he must have an educational background in the fundamentals of the discipline, as well as a wealth of real-world experience to bring to class discussions and case analyses.

Qualifications:
- Current licensure in good standing in New Jersey as a Registered Nurse.
- Current national certification in good standing.
- Current NJ Board of Nursing licensure in good standing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in clinical nursing education.
- 2+ years’ practical experience in the area of specialization.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in an institution of higher education.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to engage with students of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Willingness and ability to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and values of the University.
