Felician University is presently seeking a highly motivated, detail focused, self-motivated, and goal-oriented financial services professional to serve as Associate Director of Student Accounts. Reporting to the Director of Student Accounts, the Associate Director has oversight for team development and training, annual audit related requests, and daily operations management of the office. S/he is responsible for the University’s past due accounts receivable management services and internal recovery efforts for the collection of student accounts and refund processes. The Associate Director supports student retention and enrollment while focusing on the recovery of revenue.

Required Education:
BA/BS degree, Master’s degree preferred. Educational requirements may be waived for 5-7 years of related experience

3+ years’ of progressively more responsible administrative experience in higher education student financial aid administration; proven leadership and management skills; excellent interpersonal skills; superior verbal and written communications skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse constituencies; ability to work collaboratively with internal cross-divisional and external partners; superior customer service skills; strong organizational ability; willingness to work flex hours, including evenings and weekends as needed; demonstrated ability to work autonomously with multiple priorities and deadlines; willingness and ability to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and values of the University.
