Associate Director of Transfer and Adult Advising

Felician University is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced, goal-oriented admissions professional to serve as the Associate Director of Transfer & Adult Advising.  The position is remote, with periodic in-person presence required for major University events. The Associate Director ensures a smooth transition for transfer and accelerated students enrolling at Felician University from the point of acceptance through initial attendance.  The Associate Director provides strategic operational oversight of the transfer credit evaluation process, new student onboarding, and enrollment communications, ensuring that each new student experiences an informed and personalized transition to the University.  Working closely with the Director of Transfer and Adult Enrollment, the Associate Director leads initiatives that enhance student experience, strengthen academic alignment, and promote retention of newly admitted transfer and accelerated students.

Full-time, 12-months, Exempt

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in enrollment management or related student services within higher education, including work with transfer and adult student populations; strong proficiency with student information systems and CRM platforms, including Ellucian Colleague and Slate, and the ability to analyze data and prepare reports; excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex processes, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and engage with a culturally and religiously diverse student population; Flexibility and willingness to work evening and weekend hours as needed; and the ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.
