The position of the Associate Director of Enrollment Advising & Engagement is a twelve-month, full-time appointment. The Associate Director ensures a smooth transition for transfer and accelerated students enrolling at Felician University from the point of acceptance through initial attendance. The Associate Director provides strategic and operational oversight of the transfer credit evaluation process, new student onboarding, and enrollment communications, ensuring that each new student experiences a smooth, informed, and personalized transition to the University. Working closely with the Director of Transfer and Adult Enrollment, the Associate Director leads initiatives that enhance student experience, strengthen academic alignment, and promote retention of newly admitted transfer and accelerated students.

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, marketing or a related field required, Master’s degree preferred.\
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in enrollment management, academic advising, registrar operations, or student success roles within higher education; proven experience working with transfer and adult student populations; demonstrated understanding the unique academic and support needs of the transfer and adult constituency; strong proficiency in student information systems (SIS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Ellucian Colleague, SLATE, and related reporting platforms; excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex processes, set priorities, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment; demonstrated ability to analyze data and prepare reports to inform enrollment and student success initiatives; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, including faculty, IT, and student support offices; demonstrated ability to work autonomously with multiple priorities and deadlines; strong interpersonal skills; sensitivity to and ability to engage with and direct a culturally and religiously diverse student population; flexibility and willingness to work evening and weekend hours as needed; ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.
Salary Range: $58,900 – 72,200 commensurate with experience
