The Department of Natural Sciences is equipped to prepare you for careers in biology, nursing, education, and entry into postgraduate programs and current and emerging health-related professions.
The Computer Science Department equips you with technology competence, literacy, knowledge, and skills for careers in software engineering, computer hardware and systems software, network and data communications, computer systems analysis and design, and database management.
Through our STEM programs, both science and non-science majors can become familiar with scientific methods of inquiry and communication, while developing an understanding and appreciation of our interdependence with other organisms and the physical environment. Through rigorous coursework, laboratory experiences, and individual attention and evaluation, you can develop the broad knowledge base, critical thinking and analytical skills needed for scientific competence in the twenty-first century.
