Felician University is currently seeking experienced, dedicated and academically qualified nursing specialists to teach in the Hybrid Program of the School of Nursing. Candidates should have experience teaching in both a traditional and online venues and must be willing to successfully complete Felician online certification. S/he must have an educational background in the fundamentals of the discipline, as well as a wealth of real-world experience to bring to class discussions and case analyses.

Required Education:
Masters of Science in Nursing required, doctoral degree preferred. Faculty teaching in the graduate program must have an earned doctoral degree or currently enrolled in doctoral program
Qualifications:
- Licensure in New Jersey as a Registered Nurse. Graduate Faculty must have current national certification and NJ Board of Nursing licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- 2+ years’ practical experience in the area of specialization.
- Proven knowledge and expertise in clinical nursing education.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in an institution of higher education.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to engage with students of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Willingness and ability to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and values of the University.
