Communications Coordinator

Felician University is presently seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized and personable communications specialist to serve as Communications Coordinator.  The Coordinator supports all aspects of internal and external university communications. S/he has oversight for streamlining all internal university communications and assists in building and maintaining the brand image of the university.

Required Education:

BA/BS degree required,

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ of experience in marketing communications PR, copywriting.
  • Proven experience with public relations and list management software, including Meltwater, PR Newswire, Business Wire, Constant Contact, and Mail Chimp.
  • Experience working with Canva, InDesign, Sprout Social, Adobe Suite
  • Working knowledge of Sprout, Meltwater, Social Media Platforms, Adobe, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
  • Well-developed presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.
