  • Founded as Immaculate Conception Normal School in 1923 by the Felician Sisters of Lodi, New Jersey.
  • Incorporated as Immaculate Conception Junior College in 1942.
  • Offered four-year degrees as Felician College in 1967.
  • Changed name to Felician University with approval from New Jersey’s Secretary of Education in November 2015.
  • One of 24 Franciscan universities in the United States and the only in New Jersey.
