Felician 🤝 United Nations!
A group of 25 faculty and students had the incredible opportunity to visit the United Nations for The Roundtable on Global Voices, Local Actions: A Roundtable on SDG Solutions. This powerful conversation focused on how communities around the world can take local action to achieve global impact—advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (with a focus on SDG 17 🤝).
This group had the opportunity to meet Giselle M. Alers, High-Level Ambassador and Chairwoman of the Global Economic Sustainable Development Commission under the United Nations Association of El Salvador (UNA-SV) and Ambassador Carlos E. García, Secretary-General of the GESDC, Permanent Representative of El Salvador to the UN, and Adjunct Professor at Felician University.
