RadioFelician Launches Outstanding Alumni Athletes Podcast

RUTHERFORD, NJ – Felician University has a robust Division II Athletics program that boasts 22 competitive men’s and women’s sports teams and a myriad of league and conference championships. While not every outstanding Golden Falcon athlete goes to the majors or turns pro, some do, and others have incredible stories. To highlight the journey of these Felician alumni athletes, former Athletic Director Ben “JR” Dinallo, and Sports Information Director, Mark Mentone, have launched, “Back to the Nest,” a new podcast series that spotlights former Golden Falcons, their experiences at Felician University, and the positive affect athletics has had on their personal and professional lives.

Episodes are produced by RadioFelician, the university’s on campus radio station and are available at www.radiofelician.com. Guests have included Anthony Cabrera, a 2003 alumnus and member of the university’s inaugural baseball team, and Brittany Parsons ’09, a women’s soccer player who talks about women, soccer, and the importance of balance in her career. Sacha Pavic ‘03 a men’s soccer standout, shares his insights on lasting connections and camaraderie in achieving your life goals.

By showcasing diverse achievements and experiences of alumni, this exciting new podcast series aims to inspire the listener and emphasize the importance of personal values and growth in achieving professional and individual success. “Back to the Nest” reinforces Felician University’s reputation for producing winning teams and outstanding athlete alumni.

RadioFelician University – The Falcon is the university’s internet-based radio station. With an alternative rock format, it broadcasts 24/7 from a state-of-the-art production facility on the Rutherford campus.
