Felician’s curriculum allows working adults to complete their MBA while advancing their careers, gaining practical experience and competencies that provide immediate payback in the workplace. Our MBA program builds critical thinkers who dig deeper and question the how and the why. The program can be completed entirely online or in a hybrid online/on-campus format in as little as 20 months.

Capstone Experience and Portfolio

Advanced coursework in the MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership program includes scholarly and practical project work that culminates in a real-life capstone experience and portfolio. The capstone experience class will focus on the challenges involved in the management of growth and involves the student’s defense of their portfolio to faculty and representatives of the business community. The portfolio will reflect the student’s growth in core competencies and can include leadership, marketing, and other management projects that have been developed for use outside the classroom.

Professional Development

Every year, Felician hosts a business symposium with keynote speakers. These symposiums are free of charge and give students the chance to meet and listen to leaders of the business community. Past speakers have included the vice president of Marketing and Development at the Miss Universe Organization, best selling authors, and award-winning TV hosts.

Furthermore, students have the opportunity to join Sigma Beta Delta, the international honor society for business, management, and administration. This is a unique chance for business students to become nationally recognized and requires that strict academic standards be met.

MBA students can also participate in an optional one-week study abroad program in Dublin, Ireland. This is a faculty-led trip with travel scholarships available.
