If you haven’t already done so, all Felician College students, faculty and staff must obtain a new parking permit. The old window decals will no longer be valid.
The new permit is a hangtag that can be placed on your vehicle’s rearview mirror or dashboard in clear view.
Designation will be by color. For instance, commuter students will be issued a yellow tag for the 2012/2013 school year, while resident students will be given a red tag for the 2012/2013 school year. Faculty and staff will also be marked accordingly. Faculty and staff permits do not expire.
New permits will be available in the Security Office on the Rutherford campus 24/7. The Lodi location is to be determined shortly. Faculty and staff on the Lodi campus who are in need of a new parking permit please call Lodi Security at (201) 919-5843 to make arrangements to pick up your permit.
* Everyone must show a valid vehicle registration card and proof of up-to-date insurance.
* There is no fee for the initial permit. However, a $5 fee will be assessed for lost or misplaced permits.
Student parking on the Rutherford campus is permitted in the following locations:
* The Montross Avenue lot
* Behind the Student Center
* In Lot A after 4:30 p.m.
* There is no overnight parking permitted in Lot A
Once obtained, student parking permits will be valid through the end of the summer semester 2013. New student permits will be needed on a year-to-year basis and will be available in the middle of August 2013 for pick up at either the Rutherford Security Office or on the Lodi Campus once the Fall semester begins.
Failure to display a current permit while parked on campus will result in your vehicle being ticketed and a fine levied against you.
