Ghassan Nazi Instructor of Mathematics
Field of Interest
I have a lot of expertise working with the adult learners at Felician college. I find that the adult learners frequently approach learning differently than younger learners. They are self-guided in their learning and they require learning "to make sense" - they will not perform a learning activity just because the instructor said to do it.
I am also developing interest in ALICE programming which I hope to introduce at Felician College in the near future. Alice teaches students the essentials of computing and how to use 3D graphics to create animated videos to tell their own story. Alice is designed to be a student's first exposure to object-oriented programming.
