Felician College is presently seeking a dynamic, goal-oriented enrollment management professional to lead our Registrar's Office. Reporting to the Vice President of Administration, Enrollment and Planning, the Registrar will maintain the highest standards of customer service, accuracy, security, and compliance, while serving students, faculty, alumni and other College constituents efficiently and thoroughly. The Registrar integrates emerging technologies and best practices, inclusive of enterprise software. The Registrar oversees the staff and operations of the Office of the Registrar, which includes academic records and regulations, registration, grade reports, degree and enrollment verification, transcripts, and diplomas. The Registrar works in concert with the Directors of the Business Office, the Office of Financial Aid, the Office of Enrollment Management and the Admissions Office in organizing and directing student enrollment. The Registrar ensures that associated business processes and support elements (training, cross-training, documentation) result in accurate and complete collection of information for all records maintained by the Registrar. He/she collaborates across the College to ensure that all data needs are satisfied by the Registrar's office and the Student Information System.
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in the management and administration of a comprehensive registrar’s office as registrar, associate registrar or equivalent in higher education. Strong service orientation working collaboratively with students, faculty and college departments. Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Experience and understanding of managing a complex administrative database and utilizing technology to improve efficiency and accuracy. Candidates with extensive experience with Datatel student information systems software will be given preference.
