Our primary objective is to create a learning environment which will enable and encourage each student to participate, teach, learn, and develop the skills needed to fulfill their life and career dreams.  We believe that students learn best by doing.  Our overall goal is to assist each student in becoming a skilled practitioner who can successfully and ethically practice in the business world.  To achieve this goal we use an integrated learning approach.  This approach offers each class member the opportunity to improve his/her competencies related to ethical issues, research, critical thinking, writing, oral presentations, interpersonal and team skills.

Felician business students should not expect their professors to dominate the class experience with lectures.  Instead, they can expect to be encouraged to share significant experiences and opinions.  They will be encouraged to participate in various learning activities, debates, discussions and experiential self-development exercises.  We believe that when each class member participates fully, a wonderful and diversified depth is added to the curriculum.
